Do I need to be flexible or have prior experience to start?

What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates, and which is better for me?
Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance to provide support or challenge, making it excellent for clinical rehabilitation and targeted toning. Mat Pilates focuses on using your own body weight for core stability and flow. During your assessment, we will recommend the best path based on your physical goals and any existing injuries.
How long will it take before I start seeing and feeling results?
